I’d like to know how someone who ousted me as mayor of my own backyard park just 2 days ago is now 5 days ahead of me “you are now 5 days away from being mayor..”?? I mean this guy is mayor of 159 spots (trust me, most of them are made-up and totally bogus) this dude needs a puppy or a real life.

Thanks for the kind words about my graphic. I actually drew that up at my desk when I was bored at work a while back, and then had it created once I started this company.

I’m with you, Jeff. I like Foursquare because of the game and entertainment factor! I do not even have any friends that use Foursquare, so it is not as if I am checking in for their benefit. There are other programs out there that allow you to share where you are, but they don’t have the same draw that Foursquare does. :}

Great points, Jeff. When I first started on Foursquare, I checked in at home a few times. Then I got a bit “creeped out” knowing that someone could friend me and see where I live. I would like to checkin at home, not for “game” reasons — but just because I find it entertaining. It would be great if they would add a privacy feature as you suggested!
