I came across this infographic from SocialCast today and thought I’d share it. A lot of people and a lot of brands really don’t understand what goes into being a community manager. Obviously this is not intended to be an all-inclusive guide or overview, but it does a decent job. The one issue that I have is titling for a “social media manager” rather than a “community manager.” To me, the two are certainly related, but different.
